use | 1,2-diiodobenzene is an organic intermediate. |
Preparation | 1,2-diiodobenzene can be prepared by a one-step reaction of o-iodide trimethylsilane and elemental iodine. weigh 0.5mmol of o-iodotrimethylsilane, 0.5mmol of elemental iodine, 1-chloromethyl -4-fluorine -1,4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane di (tetrafluoroborate) salt 1mmol into a 25mL round bottom flask, add magnets and 3mL acetonitrile, stir for 30 minutes at room temperature, spin off acetonitrile solvent with a rotary evaporator after the reaction, and dissolve residue with 1mL dichloromethane, the residue was purified by column analysis of silica gel layer to obtain 1,2-diiodobenzene in a yield of 96%. |
